Returns and Exchange Policy

This Returns and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the return or exchange of products purchased on MrMard.com (“Website”). This Policy applies specifically to men’s cosmetics and grooming products.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: Products purchased on the Website are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days after purchase, under the following conditions:

• • Incorrect Product: If the delivered product is different from the one ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, variant).
  • Damaged Product: If the product is received damaged or tampered with upon delivery.
  • Incomplete Product: If the product is missing parts or components.

2. Non-Returnable Products: Due to hygiene concerns and the potential for product contamination:

• • Opened or used cosmetics and grooming products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. Return and Exchange Process:  To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must follow these steps:

  • Provide details of the order, including order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Attach photos of the product and packaging (if applicable) to support the claim.
  • Upon verification, customer support will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

• • For incorrect, damaged, incomplete products with supporting documentation, customers will be offered a full refund or a replacement product of the same value, subject to stock availability.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Replacement products will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

5. Additional Terms:

• • Shipping charges for returned products due to incorrect, damaged, incomplete products, or adverse reactions will be borne by MrMard.com.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with this Policy or raise reasonable suspicion of misuse.

Cancellation Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

MrMard reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. MrMard also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
